Happy Wednesday guys…
Today I will have 3 classes which are from 8 am to 10 am and follow until 11 am and the evening class from 2pm until 5pm. Today I’m going to share a little bit about phonetic and phonology subject. I didn’t expect that I would learn this kind of subject. I found many pronunciations that I used differ from the accurate one. There are symbols in phonetic and phonology such as ‘ð’ and ‘æ’ which referring to different spelling. I used to hear American ascend and I often used the slang instead of British ascend which are more difficult to use. But, however it is we as Malaysian need to follow British ascend due to our past history of colonialism. As future teacher, this is what I will teach my students and they will copy every single thing that I teach them. I need to correct mine first before I can teach them.
